Lessons
Best for:- Potty-trained swimmers aged 3½ through 12
- All ability levels welcome
Requirements:- Able to focus for 40-minute lessons
- Can follow instructor's directions
- Comfortable being independent from parent (parents off deck; locker room help allowed for children under 7)
- No swim diapers - must be fully potty-trained
- Low swimmer-to-instructor ratio

Clinics
Best for:- Swimmers/divers aged 7+ (Think your 6-year-old is ready? See ⭐ below.)
- Can follow coach's directions
- Those with basic knowledge of all four strokes (free, back, breast, fly) - breast/fly knowledge may be very limited based on age
- Swimmers who need stroke refinement to be team-ready
- Returning team members
Requirements:- Endurance and attention span to practice for 1 hour
- Able to follow instructions in a team format
- Comfortable working cooperatively
- Independent from parent (no locker room access for parents)
- Moderate swimmer-to-coach ratio

Swim/Dive TeamBest for:
- Swimmers/divers aged 7+ (Think your 6-year-old is ready? See ⭐ below.)
- Those who can swim all four competitive strokes (free, back, breast, fly) - breast/fly knowledge may be very limited based on age
Requirements:- Endurance and attention span to practice for 1+ hour (practice length depends on age)
- Able to follow instructions in a team setting
- Comfortable working cooperatively
- Independent from parent (no locker room access for parents)
- Higher swimmer-to-coach ratio than clinics or lessons
- We are able to accommodate a variety of skill levels on our teams.
- Less experienced swimmers (those who meet the clinic requirements) should participate in a clinic if possible, but may come in for a team evaluation to determine if team placement is appropriate.
- Dive team: new divers welcome - must be able to swim to ladder after each dive

Note on skill regression: As with any skill, athletes who are out of practice may regress. If your swimmer has been out of the water for a while, please consider starting with lessons or a clinic to rebuild skills before joining a team. Swimmers who wish to join a team should consider participating in our pre-team clinic even if they have been on a team before.
