Andrea L. DiDio-Hauber, Chief of Staff and Human Resources
Andrea L. DiDio-Hauber joined Central Bucks School District as the Director of Human Resources in September 2014.
Ms. DiDio-Hauber brings with her twenty years’ experience in the human resources field, with a concentration in mental health and K-12 public education. Prior to accepting her current position at CBSD, she served as the Director of Human Resources and Public Relations for the Centennial School District in Warminster from 2012 to 2014. During the previous ten years, Ms. DiDio-Hauber worked at the Bucks County Intermediate Unit #22, rising to the position of Assistant Manager of Human Resources. She also served the Intermediate Unit as Board Secretary to the Board of School Directors. Ms. DiDio-Hauber began her career as the Coordinator of Human Resources in an adolescent residential drug, alcohol, and mental health facility.
Ms. DiDio-Hauber earned a Master of Science degree with a concentration in human resources management from Philadelphia’s Holy Family University in 2008. She obtained her Human Resource Management Certification from Villanova University in 2000 and in 1998, and she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in mental health from Drexel (Hahnemann) University.
Ms. DiDio-Hauber is a member of several professional organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management, Eastern Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators, and Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators, Additionally, she serves as a Board Member on the School District's Insurance Consortium (SDIC) for worker’s compensation.
