CURRENT CBSD Employees - CLEARANCES/BACKGROUND CHECKS - RENEWAL INFORMATIONEmployees are required to renew their Child Abuse History, PA State Police Record Check and FBI fingerprinting clearances every 60 months from the date of the oldest clearance. If you have access to the Employee Resource Center (ERC), you may check the status of your clearances at any time - simply log into the ERC, hover on the CREDENTIALS tab, then click Certifications.HR sends reminder notices approximately two (2) months prior to the expiration date, however, it is the employee's responsibility to renew clearances in a timely manner.

For all new employees, all clearances/background checks and the physician-completed health form with TB results must be on file in the Human Resources Office prior to beginning work. For FBI Fingerprinting, you must enroll through IdentoGo and enter the proper Service Code: Employment code 1KG6XN; Volunteers code 1KG6Y3. IMPORTANT: Volunteer clearances are NOT acceptable for employment purposes. Failure to enter the proper code will result in additional fees.
CBSD uses an electronic onboarding process to collect new hire paperwork online through TalentEd/Records. New employees will be contacted by email and provided detailed instructions for how to proceed. Please be sure the email address attached to your TalentEd application is accurate. Due to Federal/State laws, you will need to bring your i-9 documents (typically your valid passport or your driver's license and Social Security Card) to the Human Resources Office located at 20 Welden Drive, Doylestown PA 18901. You may stop in at any time between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm; no appointment is necessary. Please note, during the summer months, all district offices are closed on Fridays.
