    Welcome to Central Bucks School District! 
    New employee required paperwork must be on file in the Human Resources Department prior to your first day of work. If you are hired, an email with a link to the required paperwork checklist* will be sent to the email address in your Frontline account.
    *Checklist: New hire paperwork is collected through an electronic onboarding system through Frontline. 
    Due to Federal/State laws, i-9 documents (typically your valid passport or your driver's license and Social Security Card) must be presented in person. Bring documents to the Administrative Services Center, 20 Welden Drive, Doylestown PA 18901, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, no appointment necessary.  
    Employees must renew their Child Abuse History, PA State Police Record Check and FBI fingerprinting clearances every 60 months from the date of the oldest clearance (see links below). Employees can check expiration dates at any time through the Tyler Employee Self Service system (ESS) but employees cannot upload clearances to the ESS. If you do not have access to the ESS, submit a HelpDesk ticket and the Technology & Innovation Dept will assist you.   
    Employees should refer to the INTRANET (HR Department pages) for detailed information. HR sends reminder notices approximately two (2) months prior to the expiration date, however it is the employee's responsibility to renew clearances in a timely manner. Click Human Resources to send an email to the HR general mailbox.
