Employment Paperwork

Employees must renew their Child Abuse History, PA State Police Record Check and FBI fingerprinting clearances every 60 months from the date of the oldest clearance.  Employees with access to the Tyler Employee Self Service system (ESS) can check status at any time. No ESS access? Enter a HelpDesk ticket and our Technology & Innovation Dept will assist you. You may contact Human Resources at HumanResources@cbsd.org. with other clearance-related questions. HR sends reminder notices approximately two (2) months prior to the expiration date, however it is the employee's responsibility to renew clearances in a timely manner.
