• COVID-19 UPDATE: Until further notice, the CB East Band Parents will suspend in-person fundraisers. These include concessions, program ads, pumpkin painting, restaurant nights, etc. However, we will continue to manage gift card sales, Wawa coupons, and our Amazon Smile Account. Reminder: proceeds from gift card sales and Wawa coupons accumulate in student accounts for use in future registrations, trips, and other band expenses. Please contact the chairpersons if you have any questions.

In recognition that this is a highly unusual year, both in that we will likely not be able to offer all of the aspects of a traditional season, and that many families are not in the position to invest the normal registration fee of $375 at this time, we have decided to move forward with a voluntary registration fee at a reduced amount of $100. This will help us to cover critical expenses, including the costs of maintaining our talented and dedicated staff and emphasizing the most important and intensive instructional opportunity of band camp.

Further, if you are willing and able to do so, we are offering an option to sponsor a second student that may not be able to pay for an additional $100.  If necessary, we can provide confirmation of a charitable donation for tax purposes.

All responses to this section remain confidential and are only reviewed by the organization director and treasurer.

In addition to the basic registration costs, some students may require a uniform shirt. Percussionists who play school equipment will be asked to pay a $25 stick/mallet fee to cover the cost of providing appropriate sticks and mallets for rehearsal and performance. Color guard members may require gloves.

Most of our association expenses are incurred during the presentation of band camp. The registration fee is considered non-refundable. The executive board will work with the director to maintain a financial process that serves the students and families first and foremost.

    Traditional Information

Fundraising is a critical part of the CB East Band Parents Association. To meet the annual budget and assist interested families, our fundraising policies have been carefully balanced based upon years of experience and experimentation. To newcomers, the fundraising expectations can be confusing and daunting.
