During this time while our school district is supporting distance learning, the most effective way to reach out for support is through a help desk ticket. Helpdesk tickets can be submitted by all staff and secondary students in grades 7-11. STAFF: Please include your personal contact information (cell or home phone) so that we can reach you in a more timely manner. The Helpdesk phone extension will not be in service during Distance Learning.
For anyone who does not have access to our Helpdesk system, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please follow general problem-solving strategies prior to entering a ticket & provide as much information as possible to expedite a resolution. For example, restarting a device can solve many issues.
Our support team will be providing support during regular workday hours (7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). We will work to respond to your requests as quickly as possible.
