Password Reset Tool

  • SSPR

CBSD has a new password reset tool available. The new password reset tool by Microsoft is a convenient tool to easily and securely manage your user account from anywhere on any device. This will allow CBSD staff to safely reset their password from home without the need to be on campus or coordinate with the Technology and Innovation Department.

***NOTE TO STAFF WHO HAVE A DISTRICT ASSIGNED LAPTOP: When using SSPR at home your New password will not work to sign into the device until you are back at school.  You will need to use the "old" password to sign into the laptop.  Once signed in you can then use the "new" password to sign into all systems (Ex: IC, Office 365, etc.)***

Directions to utilize the tool can be found here.

Unlock, Reset, Change:
