Address Change

  •  All address changes must be validated by Central Registration.


    Student Change of Address Procedures:

    1. Download the Change of Address Form or obtain the form from the school the student currently attends
    2. Complete the form and bring it to your scheduled appointment along with the following required documentation:

       Property Deed or Current Rental Lease

    Two of the following:
    Current Utility Bill
    Current Credit Card Bill
    Current Bank Statement
    Current Mortgage Statement
    Current Vehicle Registration
    Welfare Card
    Property Tax Bill
    Your student’s records will be updated to reflect the new address upon receipt of the required documentation. Transportation will be notified. 

    All address changes are by appointment only
