• Facility Use
    In order to reserve space in one of our buildings or an athletic field, each school or outside group must complete a Facility Use Request Form. The completed form should be forwarded to the building you are requesting to use. The administrator in that building will confirm that the requested space is available. Your request will then be reviewed by the Facilities & Energy Management Operations Department to verify that all facility use requirements are satisfied (i.e. insurance, function is appropriate, etc.). You will receive a confirmation of your reservation along with an estimate of the approximate cost of your rental. Buildings are only available for rental during the school year.


    As outlined in the approved District Health & Safety Plan amended on December 1, 2020, limited use of indoor facilities by outside groups is permitted for gyms ONLY in middle and elementary schools. Group rentals of District athletic fields is permitted.  All groups must submit a Health and Safety Plan to the District in addition to the Facility Use Form. 




    High Schools - NOT AVAILABLE

    Middle Schools - ALL AVAILABLE

    Elementary Schools - Rentals accepted by outside groups for the gyms in schools which are available.
