Shelter, counseling, referrals, and the opportunity for positive development to runaway and homeless youth. 4 runaway beds available. Youth may be sheltered for up to 21 days. Whenever possible and appropriate, the goal will be to successfully reunite runaway and homeless youth with their immediate or extended family. In cases when this is not possible or appropriate, a referral will be made to Children and Youth Services. Open and staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days/year for youth ages 12-17. In addition, there is a 24-hour hotline, crisis counseling, and information and referral services will be provided. Youth may be referred from any source which includes, but is not limited to, self, parents, families, friends, schools, churches, other community agencies, police public child welfare and juvenile

A Street Outreach Program for runaway and homeless youth, ages 21 and under. Assistance is intended for youth who are experiencing trafficking, living on the streets, in a non-family member’s home, couch surfing, or who are considered at high risk of becoming homeless. Survival items are supplied and include; food, clothes, hygienic products, and camping gear. Assistance offered for finding jobs/shelter, transportation to/from important appointments, information/referral services, informal counseling and peer support. Mobile Drop-Out Center now available!

FPLB offers compassionate and concentrated support to homeless children and their families. Families receive 24-hour support, a safe place to stay together as a family, three meals a day, and comprehensive support services free of charge. -
