An "x" means you are in that event. A number for a relay indicates the order of the runners for that relay (if you have a question or concern please ask me).
"b" means that you are in the second heat.
"alt" means you are an alternate; if someone cannot compete, you're next in line.
"o" means you have the option to compete.
If you cannot attend the meet, please email Mr. P. as soon as possible so that we can make adjustments.
If you see "XXXXXXXX", that means you are not competing in the meet.
Please note that we can only enter 3 people per event in the away meets, and we are limited to 4 per event in tri-meets (2 per field event), even when they are at home.
Uniform and Lenape wear orders: Closed
2025 Meet Schedule: 2025 Track and Field Schedule
Meets start at 3:15 and usually end around 4:45-5:00. All athletes are expected to stay until the end of all meets unless the coaches are notified in advance of special circumstances. All participants will walk to West for home meets. A bus will transport athletes to "away" meets and return to Lenape after the meets. If parents need to pick up an athlete from a meet, a parent (guardian) must report to the coach and sign a document indicating that the athlete is leaving with that person. If a parent is providing transportation for someone else's child, a parent of the child must provide a note or email in advance, indicating the expectation, and the parent providing transportation must report to the coach and sign a document indicating that the athlete is leaving with that person.
In-season practice is every day from 2:45 to 4:45. The first week, practices will end at 4:15; after that, they will end at 4:45. We will meet in the Lenape gym; then, usually, we will walk to West. Athletes should arrange to be picked-up at Lenape for the first 2 weeks, then at West. On Tuesdays, we will usually practice at Lenape because there are meets scheduled at West. Changes and cancelations will be posted here. We will always practice unless a coach tells you that practice is cancelled.
