    Upcoming meets:

    Wednesday, 5/12: Var at Tohickon - please check the line-up posted here: at Tohickon, 5/12- please arrive at 2:30 to help set up.

    Please note: we will be running extra sections(heats) of the 100m and 200m.  So, all members of the team are invited to participate.  If there is an x or number by your name, you are participating in that event.  If there is a number, you are in a relay or you are in nonscoring section(heat) for that race.  Please report directly to the track before 2:45.  Thank you.

    For athletes not participating in Wednesday meets there will be no practice. Athletes not participating in Monday meets will practice (at West).

    Note: Meets begin at 3:15 and usually end around 5.  Athletes must be at the track at 2:45 to warm-up. Transportation is not provided.  Students must arrange their own transportation to and from meets.  All of our meets are at Unami or Tohickon this year

    Practice is scheduled every day unless notified of a change. 

    We will be practicing at CB West most days.  We have to practice at Lenape on Tuesdays because there are meets at West most Tuesdays.  When we practice at West, students should be dropped off and picked up at the stadium track, by the snack stand next to the stands.  On Tuesdays, students should be dropped off and picked up at Lenape. 

    Practice begins every day at 3 PM.  

    Masks must be worn at practice and any time we are inside. 

     

    Practice will run from 3 to 4:30 for most participants. 

    Some athletes may need to stay until 5 to work on special events. 

    The special events are: high jump, long jump, hurdles, and shotput. 

    The special event training schedule will be as follows:

     

    Some changes may need to be made.  Please check here for changes.

    Monday - long jump 3-4; hurdles 4-5.

    Tuesday - shot put 3-4.

    Wednesdays - meets.

    Thursday, 4/15 - high jump 3-4; hurdles 4-5.

    Friday, 4/16 - long jump 3-4.
