All students in 11th grade are required to have a private physical exam on-file per Pennsylvania school law.   These can be submitted directly to the nurse's office or e-mailed.   If your student has a PIAA Sports Physical on-file this year, she or he will not need to submit an additional physical form.  If we do not receive this physical by June, it will become a 12th grade obligation. Thank you for your attention to this school health requirement.
