Accessing Parent Portal/Applying for an Activation Key

In order to access Parent Portal, you need to have a 32-digit Activation Key. To obtain your key (or if you misplaced yours), you will need to:
1. Apply online in the Parent Portal FAQ section of the CBSD webpage. You may reach that page by clicking here.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the “I did not receive/lost my activation key. What should I do?” section and complete the application form. Mill Creek's office cannot give you this number. This page also contains answers to most questions/problems encountered with the Portal.
