Mrs. Closs (Yarmark) grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and went through the Central Bucks School District. She earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with an Endorsement in Special Education from Monmouth University and later received her graduate degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The College of New Jersey. Mrs. Closs began her teaching career as a third grade teacher in Middletown, NJ, where she completed her student teaching. She then moved to Hoboken and taught in Cranford, NJ, for five years. In Cranford, she initially worked as a special education teacher for a K-2 LLD class before spending the past four years teaching second grade. Returning to the district where she grew up has always been a dream for Mrs. Closs, and she is excited to have moved back to Bucks County with her husband! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, working out, cooking, and going to the beach!
Miss McDonald grew up in Pipersville, PA and went through Central Bucks School District. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as Special Education from Temple University. In her spare time, Miss McDonald enjoys spending time outdoors doing activities like rock climbing, hiking, and swimming. Miss McDonald loves spending time with her friends and family.
Mrs. Woerner grew up in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education from Lebanon Valley College and her Master's Degree in Education from Wilkes University. Prior to teaching at Buckingham, Mrs. Woerner taught fourth grade in the Lebanon School District. Mrs. Woerner enjoys running, reading a good book, skiing, ice skating and spending time with her two daughters. Mrs. Woerner is excited to begin another year at Buckingham Elementary School!
