Restart your computer.
Open a different browser.
Check your wifi.
Kindly ask a peer for help.
Enter a Help Ticket.
Talk to your teacher.
If the above steps fail to resolve the problem, ask your teacher to see the iTeam (located outside of the Library). If the iTeam is not available at that time, enter the Library and ask for help at the Circulation Desk. Mr. Trask or Mrs. Holloway will help you.
