      Holicong 9th Grade Spring Sports for 2018-2019

    *9th grade players should make 2 copies of pages 5 and 6 of the PIAA physical form once it is complete.  Submit one copy to C B East, one to Holicong, and keep the original for your records.  If a freshman wishes to tryout for a high school sport, they must register on Family ID for C B East AND Holicong.  Please click on the link for information and registering for C B East Sports  If a freshman does not wish to tryout for C B East teams they will only need to register on Family ID for Holicong.

    Holicong 2018-2019 Spring Sports Information

    1.  Any student trying out for a Holicong spring sport MUST register on the Family ID Register Now link PRIOR to trying out.  Family ID registration will open on February 1, 2019.

    2.  Sections 5 and 6 of the CIPPE form MUST be signed and dated by your physician after June 1, 2018 and uploaded to FamilyID or returned to the Holicong Guidance office BEFORE your child is allowed to participate in athletics.  *Sections 5 and 6 of the CIPPE form can be found on the left side of this page under athletic forms or click HERE.

    Please note:  If you have not signed up on the Family ID registration and have not turned in Sections 5 and 6 of the CIPPE form, you will not be allowed to tryout for a sport at Holicong.

    3.  Announcements will be made regarding specific tryout/practice dates for each individual sport.
     
    4. If a student tried out or participated in a Fall or Winter 2018 sport at Holicong, we only need Section 7 Recertification form signed by a parent or guardian. If you suffered a serious injury/illness that caused the student to miss 10 days of school; miss 50% of games/contests; or suffered a season ending injury then you will need Section 8 Physician Recertification completed by the physician.
