All students are screened annually for height, weight and vision. All 7th grade students and special education students are screened for hearing annually and all 7th grade students are screened annually for scoliosis.  New students are screened for vision, hearing, height and weight and scoliosis if in 7th grade.

A written note from a parent or guardian is needed for a student to be excused from mandated screenings.
