CHANGE! Starting Phase 2 of Distance Learning
4/6/20 Hello Soaring Eagles! Sometimes getting ready for change can be exciting. It is exciting because it is a change in the routine, something different and a way to learn new things. Getting ready for change can also be scary and overwhelming. When it feels scary, it is important to lean on your support system. Talk to a family member, reach out to a friend or hug your pets. If it is overwhelming: take a break, map out a plan and take it one step at a time. It is much easier to manage smaller steps than tackle all the steps at once.
Keep working at it! We know it is hard and might be scary to try something new right now. We are here to help you if you need it.
