Standards

The Central Bucks Technology and Engineering Education Department is currently rewriting their Courses of Study to become better aligned with best practices in curriculum management utilizing the Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum (GVC) model. This ensures a more equitable and unified approach to teaching project-based, problem-solving lessons and hands-on activities between all courses at all of our schools. The foundation for GVC lies in our evolving curriculum rewrites, pacing guides, common course titles, and the PA STEELS Standards. Please note that projects will differ from school to school but all follow the same standards, pacing guides and problem-solving/project-based format.
