The Central Bucks School District's Board of School Directors appointed Dr. Charles Malone to become the new assistant superintendent for secondary education.
Dr. Malone comes to Central Bucks with more than 25 years of experience as a teacher, middle school principal, high school principal, and central office administrator. Most recently, Dr. Malone served as the director of elementary and secondary education in the New Hope-Solebury School District, where he also worked as a principal and an interim superintendent of schools.
Dr. Malone brings a plethora of experience and knowledge in the areas of curriculum and instruction, budgeting, staffing and community engagement, along with a desire to positively impact teaching and learning across our district. "We are fortunate to have Dr. Malone join our team, and look forward to his leadership and vision for our secondary schools, as well as our students, teachers and staff," Superintendent Dr. Abram M. Lucabaugh said.
