Retirees and Winners of CBSD Apple Awards Honored
Members of the Central Bucks School District administration and school board celebrated the 73 employees who retired this school year at an annual ceremony on May 28 at CB East. In total, this year’s retirees served CB students and families for 1,266 years!

Also honored at the ceremony were the winners of this year’s CBSD Apple Awards, given to staff members for a variety of successful projects, programs, and initiatives that benefited the district and students this school year.
Nominated by fellow staff members, Apple Award winners included employees involved with the Kutz Before Care Program; CB West's Collaborative Music Effort; CB East’s Mastery Connect Program; Tamanend's Math Department; the Middle School “Dean Team;” CB’s multilingual families; the creation of a professional development attendance scanning system; Elementary Flexible Instructional Days; the Bridge Valley Bites Snack Cart; and Schoolwide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports programs at Butler and Linden.
