Obligations

Students are required to meet all obligations prior to the end of the 4th marking period.

Seniors, you will be unable to attend Prom if you have an outstanding obligation.

Obligations may include class books, athletics uniforms, detention hours, technology fees, and cafeteria balances, among other things. Please check the Parent Portal under “Fees” to determine if an obligation is due.

In order to rectify any obligation, please refer to the following:

Class Book - Return book to the House Office or bring cash or check made out to "CB West Student Activity Fund" to the House Office.

Library Book - Return book to library or make payment via cash or check made out to "CB West Student Activity Fund". Checks and money go to the House Office.

Sports Uniform - Return item to Mr. Hunt or Mrs. Remick in the Athletics Office. Contact Mrs. Remick (tremick@cbsd.org) for specific payment requirements.

Unserved Detention Hours - Make arrangements to serve detentions with Mrs. Johnsen (ljohnsen@cbsd.org) in the Security Office.

Cafeteria Balances - Make necessary payments to your student account on MySchoolBucks.com or send a check to the cafeteria made out to CBSD. Deliver the check in an envelope with student name and a note indicating it is for the cafeteria. This can be given to the cafeteria or office staff.

Technology Fees - If you owe money for a technology fee, it is most likely reflected in your My Payments Plus account. If it is not, please see your House Principal, to have this fee added to your account. The obligation will not be cleared until payment is made in My Payments Plus.

Students with obligations may be excluded from future student privileges, such as parking, early/late arrivals, homecoming, and proms, until obligations have been cleared. All obligations must be resolved. Thank you for your help and attention to this matter.
