Gayman Elementary School

Hello Friends, 

My name is Mrs. Katelyn (Katie) Kuhn and I am so excited to be your teacher! We are going to have a lot of fun this year. We will learn lots of new things and make many new friends! Read below to learn a little bit more about me!

I grew up in Doylestown, P.A. and graduated from Central Bucks High School East before receiving my bachelors degree in Early Elementary Education from Penn State University. WE ARE PENN STATE! I just graduated from Saint Joseph's University with my Masters Degree in Educational Administration and Curriculum and Instruction in May 2023.

Prior to teaching at Gayman, I taught at The Goddard School for five years and was a Central Bucks School District Substitute for 1 year. I have taught Kindergarten at Gayman Elementary for 3 years and will now be teaching 3rd grade! Ever since I was in Kindergarten, I have wanted to be a teacher and now I get to be your teacher! 

My husband and I live in Telford, P.A., with our 3 month-old baby girl, Mackenzie and 3-year-old puppy named Bleu! We love to take walks, renovate our house, and play with Bleu! We recently got married at a beautiful farm and welcomed our little girl Mackenzie in April.

I love coffee, resse's cups, salad and french fries ! I also love to renovate and decorate my house! Most importantly, I love all of my students in my classroom!
