New Board Members Sworn In, President and VP Elected

At the Dec. 2 School Board Organization Meeting, Heather Reynolds (Region 1) was unanimously elected Board President and Susan Gibson (Region 1) was unanimously elected School Board Vice President. Mrs. Reynolds served as Vice President and Mrs. Gibson served as President last year. 

The four board members elected in November were also officially sworn in by the Honorable Stephen A. Corr of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas at the meeting. (View meeting video)

Daniel Kimicata (Region 3) continues his service after joining the board in September 2024 and being elected to a four-year term last month. Three new board members were also sworn in: David Comalli (Region 3; two-year term); Katrina Filiatrault (Region 3; four-year term); and Amanda O’Connor (Region 2; four-year term). Outgoing board members Rob Duggar, Jim Pepper, and Jenine Zdanowicz were thanked for their service at the Nov. 20 meeting; each was presented with a plaque of appreciation. 

The board also approved its business meeting schedule for 2026. Meetings have been moved from the third Thursday of the month to the fourth Thursday. The next meeting is Thursday, Jan. 22. View the full schedule.  

The district looks forward to working with the newly sworn-in board members and elected leadership, as well as returning board members Dana Foley, Rick Haring, and Karen Smith, for the benefit of all CB schools and students.
