Central Bucks School District School Board and Central Bucks Education Support Professionals Association Announce Tentative Contract Agreement

The Central Bucks School District Board of School Directors and the Central Bucks Education Support Professionals Association (CBESPA) are pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached on a new, four-year collective bargaining agreement.

The tentative agreement reflects a shared commitment to supporting the district's dedicated support staff while maintaining the district's long-term financial stability. Support professionals play a vital role in the daily operation of the district’s schools and in the services provided to students and families.

The tentative agreement includes compensation improvements, enhanced employee benefits, expanded professional development opportunities, and several changes designed to provide employees with greater flexibility and more predictable income throughout the year.

The tentative agreement was subject to ratification by CBESPA membership and approval by the Central Bucks Board of School Directors. At the June 25, 2026 school board business meeting, the contract was officially ratified. It can be viewed here.

The school board, district, and CBESPA appreciate the collaborative efforts that led to this outcome. The agreement represents a meaningful investment in the employees who support the daily operation of our schools and help create positive learning environments for students throughout Central Bucks.
