Planning for Grade Realignment
Beginning in the 2026-27 school year, CBSD will move to a more traditional alignment of grades. Sixth grade will be moved out of elementary to middle schools and ninth grade will be moved from middle school to high school.

School Schedule Changes

Flexible Instructional Days
A Flexible Instructional Day (FID) occurs when CBSD schools and administration buildings close due to weather conditions or other factors, and student learning continues as a remote learning day in an asynchronous environment with scheduled live support available.
Addressing Grief in Children

other factors that could affect students months or years after the loss.
