CB Farmers Market
Lifting one another so all may thrive.
Since 2019, the Central Bucks Farmers Market at Barclay Elementary School has supported families in need of food assistance from across the district.

According to estimates, nearly 10% of children in Bucks County are food insecure, with more than 1,200 in Central Bucks.
On the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, CB families in need of food assistance are invited to Barclay to pick up fresh food, milk, eggs, produce, and dry goods.

On average, a team of volunteers distributes about 10,000 pounds of food to over 200 CB families at each market, including more than 500 children across all 23 of our schools.

How to Get Involved
With the uncertainty surrounding federal funding and SNAP benefits, the district provides various ways to both support the CB Farmers Market and receive assistance.
