Welcome to Mrs. Ruggeri's Page
Welcome to Jamison Elementary school! My name is Brittany Ruggeri (Bartleson) and I have the pleasure of being your child’s teacher this year! This will be my 7th year teaching as a special education teacher and my first full year here at Jamison Elementary School. I received my bachelor's degree and certifications in special education preK-8th grade and early childhood education preK-4th grade from Bloomsburg University and completed my master’s degree in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in supervision from Penn State University. I began my teaching career as a special education teacher at Woods Services, which is a private residential facility. I then moved to the Bucks County Intermediate Unit where I had the opportunity to teach autistic and emotional support. Since then, I have been given the wonderful opportunity to join the Jamison community and begin the Autistic support program beginning in March 2022.
I am excited for the 2022-2023 school year to be back to as normal as possible. I hope you and your family enjoyed the summer and you had time to relax.
This year I am accompanied by an amazing team of individuals who will be supporting your child in the classroom throughout their time in school. As a team, we will be collaborating with your child’s general education teacher and therapists to meet your child’s individual needs. We are all very excited to work with you and your child!
