Mrs. Levy's Home Page

Welcome to Mrs. Levy's home page.  I have been at Jamison Elementary School since it opened, including the last eleven years as the school counselor. Prior to my current role, I taught fourth and sixth grade at the school. I really enjoy serving the students at Jamison Elementary School with their social, emotional, academic, and career needs. 

You may be wondering what a school counselor actually does in school. My role is multifaceted. I am a member of the MTSS Team.  If a child is having difficulty with his or her learning, the MTSS team may be utilized to help meet their academic needs.  I am also a 504 case manager for many students at Jamison.  I instruct students through classroom guidance lessons and I meet with them in small groups or individually to support them in school. I also run our school's student council. I do try to interact with as many students as I possibly can.
