In light of the current COVID-19 situation and the closing of primary and secondary schools in many parts of the world, we want to inform you of ways you and your students can access SketchUp from home.
Our browser product for primary and secondary schools, SketchUp for Schools, will be available to everyone through June 30th without the previous requirement of your school subscribing to Google Apps for Education or Microsoft Education platforms. You and your students can use a personal or school email to sign in, but it still requires your email to be a Google or Microsoft account.
Simply go to https://edu.sketchup.com/app/ and get started.
Anyone who misses a scheduled Team meeting needs to be checking EMAIL from office 365 online and not your laptop App. Also, missed meetings are recorded and placed in your designated Distance Learning page for your class directly from "MY" Teacher web site for Lenape.
The Schedule listed below will rotate on "A" and "B" weeks
April 6th will be the start of Distance Learning. The week will be an "A" Day week.
The following week of the 13th will cycle B Day classes.
Class assignments are due before our next Teams meeting.Daily Expectations
- Attend our classroom check-in by attending posted Teams meetings posted and emailed to you.
- Check School-Wires (Mr Carman's teacher page) for our daily/weekly assignments.
- Complete and submit assignments by the due date.
- Abide by CB Online Meeting Guidelines,

Our classroom will be using School-Wires and email as the primary mode of assigning and collecting work.
It would be greatly appreciated that when assignments are turned in, that in the subject line contains both the day we meet and the period number of our class.
Device Support for Staff and Secondary Students (Grades 7-11)
We know that some are currently dealing with broken laptops requiring a technician. To assist with this, our Technology and Innovation Department is again offering a Drive-Through Tech Support event at the CBSD Educational Service Center (ESC). The ESC is located at 16 Welden Drive, Doylestown, PA 18901.
Only a limited number of time slots will be made available, in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines. This support is limited only to staff and secondary students (Grades 7-11) who have an issue with their district-provided device.
In the event that device peripherals (pens, chargers, batteries, etc.) stop working or need replacement, families do not need to purchase them through MyPaymentsPlus at this time. These devices can be bought directly from Amazon here: https://www.cbsd.org/Page/51509
In order to participate, please complete the following two links:
- Place a Web Help Desk Ticket so that we may prepare for your drop-off.
- Select a drop-off time via Sign-up Genius.
- You will drive to the ESC at your scheduled time.
- A technician will greet you at your car for check-in procedures.
- You will park your car while we work on your device and wait until we are completed.
