    IMPORTANT NOTE: ANYONE experiencing problems obtaining SketchUp please try the following steps.
    1. Go to the Type here to search tab at the bottom left of your screen next to the Start button.
    2. TYPE IN THE SEARCH BAR "COMPANY PORTAL"
    3. If you don't see Sketchup 2019 select show all files and the program should appear.
    4. This has worked for a vast majority of those experiencing issues.
    5. If you still have issues, you may need to schedule a drop off appointment to have your laptop examined.
    6. Restart your computer.
    7. You can also Download "SketchUp Free" which is an online platform. You will need an external email account such as Gmail or Yahoo to activate.
    8. SketchUp for Schools Also is a viable resource. You will need a Google account to access this site. Or a Microsoft account.

     

    Thanks to the IT department the fix for sketchUp is here.

    Network team has posted a Sketch Up 2019 license fix and it is in company portal

    Please make sure Sketch up is Closed before installing.

    The Schedule listed below will rotate on "A" and "B" weeks

    April 6th will be the start of Distance Learning. The week will be an "A" Day week.

    The following week of the 13th will cycle B Day classes.

     

    Class assignments are due before our next Teams meeting.

    • Attend our classroom check-in by attending posted Teams meetings posted and emailed to you.
    • Check School-Wires (Mr Carman's teacher page) for our daily/weekly assignments.
    • Complete and submit assignments by the due date.
    • Abide by CB Online Meeting Guidelines,

    Classroom Tools

    Our classroom will be using School-Wires and email as the primary mode of assigning and collecting work.

    It would be greatly appreciated that when assignments are turned in, that in the subject line contains both the day we meet and the period number of our class.

     

    Device Support for Staff and Secondary Students (Grades 7-11)

    We know that some are currently dealing with broken laptops requiring a technician. To assist with this, our Technology and Innovation Department is again offering a Drive-Through Tech Support event on Friday, March 20, from 8:30 – 10:30 AM at the CBSD Educational Service Center (ESC). The ESC is located at 16 Welden Drive, Doylestown, PA  18901.

    Only a limited number of time slots will be made available, in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines. This support is limited only to staff and secondary students (Grades 7-11) who have an issue with their district-provided device.  

    In the event that device peripherals (pens, chargers, batteries, etc.) stop working or need replacement, families do not need to purchase them through MyPaymentsPlus at this time. These devices can be bought directly from Amazon here: https://www.cbsd.org/Page/51509

    In order to participate, please complete the following two links:

    1. Place a Web Help Desk Ticket so that we may prepare for your drop-off.
    2. Select a drop-off time via Sign-up Genius

    Procedures:

    1. You will drive to the ESC at your scheduled time.
    2. A technician will greet you at your car for check-in procedures.
    3. You will park your car while we work on your device and wait until we are completed.
