Welcome back to another year of Physical Education! I am so excited to let you know that in addition to the problem-solving, team-building activities, motor and non-locomotor games, movement lessons, and sports/skills, we(PE) are working hard to really focus on the social and emotional piece that rounds your child into a complete, well-rounded person. As always, my main goal is to help your child/children find their love for exercise and play. I teach with that philosophy in mind at all times. Kids that love movement, follow directions, develop great sportsmanship, and are a joy to participate with both by their peers and their PE teacher.

I will try to "Fosterize" your children as much as possible. What does that mean? It means to live each minute to it's fullest. To let the past go and move on, and not to focus too far into the future. Being present in the present, can help kids be kids for as long as they can, and truly enjoy what each day holds for them. I know this sounds like a grandiose philosophy, but every student that sits in my class knows how much every minute of class, and the joy we reach, is important to both them and myself.
