Welcome to Central Bucks School District!
New employee required paperwork must be on file in the Human Resources Department prior to your first day of work. An email containing a link to the required paperwork checklist* will be sent to the email address in your Frontline account. If you are paid through a student or parent fund, you must complete the Contractors/Vendors required paperwork - see the menu in the left side navigation pane.
*CHECKLIST: New Hire paperwork is collected through an electronic onboarding system through Frontline (except I-9 documents).
- I-9 documents must be presented in person per Federal/State law. See the I-9 form for a complete list of acceptable documents.
- Bring original documents to the Administrative Services Center, 20 Welden Drive, Doylestown PA 18901.
- Your photograph will be taken for your CBSD ID badge - please dress appropriately. Thank you.
Clearances: Employees of PA public school districts are required to obtain clearances every 60 months.
CURRENT CBSD Employees - Must visit the CBSD INTRANET for detailed information and links to the state's websites. Contact Human Resources with any questions at HumanResources@cbsd.org or 267-893-2086. Employees should check the expiration dates of their clearances on the Employee Self Service system (ESS). If unable to log into the ESS, submit a Helpdesk ticket and the Technology & Innovation Dept will assist you.
Mandated Reporter Information: Under Pennsylvania law, any person having direct contact with school children is a mandated reporter and is required to report reasonable suspicion of child abuse. All Central Bucks School District employees are mandated reporters. Current employees can find detailed information HERE.
All new CBSD employees must complete the University of Pittsburgh Mandated Reporter training course PRIOR to beginning work. A link to this course will be included with the new hire onboarding packet.
IMPORTANT: CBSD only accepts the Pitt "Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse: Mandated and Permissive Reporting" course.
In addition to the three (3) required clearances, employees (and prospective employees) of a public school district must complete the ACT 24 - Arrest/Conviction Report (PDE Form 6004) and must provide written notice to the Director of Human Resources within 72 hours of a Reportable Offense as listed on the back of the form.
