- All applications must be submitted online through the Frontline Employment Portal.
- When creating a Frontline account, be sure to enter an accurate email address. All contact from the CBSD Human Resources Department will be through email.

In order to begin employment in any Pennsylvania public school, all employees are required to complete the following mandatory clearances. All clearances must be dated within one year of the hire date. The following clearance applications can be completed online.
- Child Abuse Certification
- FBI Criminal History Report - fingerprinting required - apply online
- Be certain to register under the Pennsylvania Department of Education
- At the time of your appointment, once your fingerprints are taken, a receipt will be provided with a UEID number. The district needs a copy of this receipt to acquire the necessary information to clear you to work.
- Choose Schedule or Manage an Appointment follow prompts
- Enter Service Code 1KG6XN

- Arrest and Conviction Report PDE 6004
- You may complete the application without clearances by uploading a blank page as a placeholder. Click the Clearances page on the left side navigation pane for detailed information and links to the state’s websites.
- CBSD employees must apply to posted positions through the Frontline Employment Portal. Be sure to register as an INTERNAL applicant.
