Refund Policy for Extra Activities

• A full refund of the course fee will be provided if a request is made up to 7 days before the start of the first class or if the class has been canceled, with a deduction of $25 administration charges. 
• Medical Exceptions will be considered upon receipt of a written request. A physician's letter of explanation is necessary to process the refund  
• Refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the original credit card.
