What are the hours for Before and After Care?
AM opens at 7:00 AM and runs to the start of School.
PM starts at the end of the school day and runs to 6:00 PM.

Can I register anytime?
Yes, you can register anytime throughout the School Year

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel any time by emailing childcare@cbsd.org.

How do I make a payment?
Log into your Procare Schoolcare Works account, click on the payment tab, and make a payment. You can also set up autopay for payments to be automatically charged the 1st of the month.

What will my child do in the Program?
Before and After School is designed to provide children with a safe
environment to play and learn. We provide indoor and outdoor play,
homework time, and enrichment activities.

Are Snacks provided?
Yes, daily afternoon snacks and drinks are provided.

Is lunch provided on half days?
The kitchens are not open on half days, please provide a lunch for your
child/ren.

Where is the Before and After School Located?
The childcare program is located at their school.

Does Before and After School Offer Financial Assistance?
Yes, there is a half fee if you qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch program.
Financial assistance through the ELRC is accepted as well.

How will I be Invoiced?
On the 15th of each month, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment is due on the first of each month. Late fees accrue after the 10th of the month. A balance can jeopardize your place within the program.

Is there a Before and After School if it snows?
If school is closed for inclement weather, the Before and After School Program is closed, too.

Is there full day care on days off?
No, if school is closed so is the program

Where can I find my PIN numbers?
Parent and emergency contact PIN numbers can be found in your Schoolcare Works account, under the personal tab, below adult names.
