Multiple Occupants
If you and your child/ren are currently living with a district resident on a full-time basis, you are a multiple occupant.
In order to register as a multiple occupant, you must make an appointment with Central Registration. Please e-mail centralregistration@cbsd.org or call 267-893-2111 to schedule your appointment.
Please make sure that you have ALL of the following when you arrive at your scheduled time.
- Homeowner's deed OR complete, signed, current lease
- 1 current (within the last 30 days) utility bill in the homeowner's name
- 1 current (within the last 30 days) household bill in the homeowner's name
- THREE (3) current articles of mail in the multiple occupant's name
- Student(s) birth certificate or passport
- Student(s) most current immunization record
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Homeowner ID
** Please note that the parent/guardian AND homeowner MUST be present at the appointment.**
