The CBSD Purchasing Department is responsible for the prudent procurement of goods and services through the implementation of policies and procedures that are in place through federal and state law as well as district policy, with the goal of continuously ensuring the district is receiving the best possible pricing from vendors to maximize taxpayer dollars while providing the best value to the district.
