The spring 2026 clinic is over. Consider our fall clinic. Check back in November/December for 2027 clinic details.

About the Clinic

The Spring Swim Clinic is designed for swimmers ages 7+ who are:

  • Interested in joining our CBST-SAL swim team or a summer swim team (or swim lessons graduates looking to continue improving skills)
  • Recent CBST-SAL swimmers looking to maintain and improve skills before the season

This clinic simulates team practices and focuses on starts, strokes, turns, technique, and endurance—helping swimmers prepare for competitive placement.

Notes:

  • Swimmers must have a solid understanding of freestyle and backstroke. Familiarity with butterfly and breaststroke is helpful but not required, depending on age. Click here for required skills
  • ⭐If your 6-year-old child meets the requirements for clinics and would like to participate, contact Jennifer Steinberg at jsteinberg@cbsd.org to explore the possibility of an evaluation.
  •  This clinic is mainly for swimmers in eighth grade or under. Interested ninth graders should email Jennifer Steinberg to find out if participation is possible. Swimmers in grade 10 or older cannot be accommodated in this clinic.
