The latest round of grants support various initiatives, including two innovative technology endeavors that expand hands-on learning opportunities for students across the district's 15 elementary schools.

Students Marjorie Yaschur at CB East and Hari Kasibhotla and Lucas Vicente-Mendoza at CB South each won top honors in their respective categories at the state event held on April 25 and 26 at the University of Scranton.

CBSD is excited to feature the creative and artistic talents of our students at the 2026 district-wide art show, “Art in Bloom" at CB South from May 29 to May 31! The show is open to the public free of charge.

The forum featured a 45-minute Q&A session based on nearly 70 questions submitted by 40 individuals. Dr. Wexler covered topics including special education, equity and access, school climate, rebuilding trust, technology, and the district’s financial outlook.

Currently serving as assistant superintendent of Great Valley School District, Dr. Wexler was selected by the school board following a comprehensive national search and will be introduced to the CB community at a public forum on April 8. The board is scheduled to vote on her official appointment on April 14.

Tom Kane and Ed Walsh coached for nearly a century combined to produce a record of 689-323-9, including many team and individual championships. For their lasting legacy, the CB East Natatorium was named in their honor at a Dec. 5 ceremony.
