    2022-2023 School year

    Registration Process

Welcome to Central Bucks West!  Here is a step-by-step guide to help with your transition to CB West.

    1.  REGISTER.  All new students must first register online through the Central Registration website. Please follow all instructions regarding documentation requirements.  You will then be prompted to schedule an in-person appointment at Central Registration, located at 16 Welden Drive, Doylestown, PA 18901 (267-893-2111).

    2. ENROLL at the building level. New families must then contact CB West Student Services Office (267-893-2512) to schedule an appointment with their student's Counselor, who will help to select courses, provide information, and complete the building enrollment process.

    3. PREPARE for the enrollment appointment (allow approximately one-hour) by doing the following:

    • Secure a district laptop following the directions HERE.  Submit the deposit and acknowledge the user agreement. Print a copy or capture the image of your deposit on your phone.

    • Preview the Program of Studies to get an idea of courses offered, graduation requirements, and how “block scheduling” works. Make note of any courses of interest. Eight credits equals a full-year student schedule.

    • Bring the following items to the enrollment meeting with your counselor:
      • *proof of laptop deposit
      • *copy of transcript
      • *most recent report card from prior school
      • *IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)

    4.  MARK YOUR CALENDAR to attend Welcome to West Day on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 10 am.  At this orientation event, all new students to the building (those new to the district, and those that may be transferring in from another CB building) are welcome to attend a brief presentation by building administration and staff, ask questions, and then take a self-guided tour through the building and find your classrooms!

    Transportation Information

Once students register with the district, and once the Transportation Department assigns a bus route, families may go to Find My Bus and get their student's bus stop location, bus number, and pick-up/drop-off times.  At CB West, all regular bus pick-ups and drop-offs will be on McFarlane Lane, which runs behind the building.  At dismissal, all students should go directly out to their bus after the 2:30 dismissal bell, unless instructed otherwise by the driver or administration.
