  •   There are lots of interesting units to study in first grade Social Studies!  We will explore communities such as our school community and how you and me are part of a community.  We will deepen our understanding of families and families around the world.  We will also learn about famous Americans such as Martin Luther King, Jr. , Squanto, and Abraham Lincoln!  We will also spend time discussing current events.
