    In this 9 week .5 credit High School and College class (#5561), students will experience software & media to create visually effective products such as posters, menus, advertisements, newsletters, & brochures.  Students will learn Spreadsheets for calculationa and for making charts and graphs.  Students will also learn about the desktop publishing field using the industry standard software, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Photostory, and Microsoft Publisher.  Microsoft PowerPoint will be used to develop advanced communication & presentation skills.  Essential design basics, advanced word processing skills, & graphic editing techniques will be explored.
