Students will be learning both culinary techniques as well as the history that created the cuisine we know and enjoy in the US.  

ALL information, PPTs, recipes, assignments and assessments will be on Canvas. 

Students will have to go to their Canvas page every day for the lesson plan and activities. Assignments must all be submitted in Canvas.
