    One-handed Wall Ball Workout 5/22

Watch this training video.  One handed practice is amazing at developing sharp passes and arm strength for shooting.  Practicing with both hands creates 3 dimensional players!  Remember that the dominant hand challenge is due by 3:00 today.  The non-dominant hand challenge and the switching hand challenge are both due on Monday.  Have a great Memeorial Day weekend and please keep in mind the reson for the day!

    Switching Hands Challenge 5/21

Team, I am looking for you to step up and submit more videos.  Today's challenge is due Monday at 3:00.  Remember the dominant wall ball challenge is due tomorrow at 3:00.  For today Switch hands- Throw right/Catch left, Throw left/catch right.  Save the video with your name and the letters SH follwing it.  Share it with me on Office 365.

    Non-dominant hand Challenge 5/20

You have until Friday to get your dominant hand wall ball challenge video in.  Share it with me on Office 365.  If you don't know how to share it, email me.  Our current leader is at 47!  Today's challenge is due by Monday at 3:00.  This time use your non-dominant hand.  Save the video with your name and the letters ND follwing it. Refer back to the video from Monday for help.  Coach Atkinson gives this advice: Soften your hands, watch the ball into the stick, elbows high, with a snap release of the hands.

    Wall Ball Challenge 5/19

Take a 60 second video of you playing wall ball with your dominant hand.  Count all of your catches.  Share the video on Office 365 with Coach Kelly.  The player with the most catches in that minute is the Team winner.  Make sure you use the proper form from yesterday's video.  All videos must be shared by 3:00 on Friday.  Save the video as your last name.
