    • Your special for today is GYM. Go to Mr. Durie's website for your assignment. Lin kis in "Distance Learning Resources" and then "Other Teachers' Websites".

    RELA: (Reading and Writing)

    • Task #1: Among the Hidden
      • Essential Question: How do you analyze theme?
      • Objective: Listen to/Read chaptesr 4-5 of Among the Hidden. Respond to questions about significant events and plot.
      • Time: About 60 minutes
        • Go to One Note and check my comments (they are in red) on your work from yesterday.
          • Many of you did not include how Luke's isolation affects each member of his family (mom, dad, AND brothers). Please add to your response, but do not delete my comments. 
        • Go to One Note - Content Library - 4/16/20 Ch. 4-5.
        • Watch the PowerPoint. Listen to the book and follow along on the screen.
        • Answer the reflection questions (there are 2) on a separate page in YOUR One Note. Name it 4/16/20 Ch. 4-5.
    • Task #2: Listen to the next chapter of Posted.
      • Click Here to listen to me read the first part of the chapter called, "The Message". No response for today :) Just listen and enjoy!
      • If you missed any of the chapters before this, go to the page under "DL Resources" that says "Links for Readings of Posted". All previous chapters are there for you to listen to. They are in order, so start with the first one and go from there.
    • Task #3: Read Independently for 30 minutes.
