Welcome Back Students!
I hope everyone had an enjoyable (and physically active) summer! Looking forward to hearing your many summer stories and getting back to action in the gym. Grades 3 to 6 have a new warm-up challenge this year I labelled Capital Run. Every class will begin with a few minutes of running at whatever pace you feel comfortable. Record laps and use them to crfoss the continent, stopping at every capital city in the USA! My younger friends (k-2) will have a similar warm-up, but we will also focus on stability and strength as we practice proper plank, sit-up, squat and push-up form. Looking forward to a great year of fitness, skill building, team activities, fun and games!
