    March 30th: Day 8

    Overview:  Reading to Practice

    Estimated Time:  10-15 minutes

    Explanation of Activity:  Choose the last story to read from folder (Lily and Missing Keys, Hippo and Frog, How Tadpoles Grow)

    Quick Things to Know:  Use the Tic-Tac-Toe Game Board(found in folder) to complete the task.  Mark off what you did.

    Tasks:

    1.  Choose last article to read ( Lily and Missing Keys, Hippo and Frog, How Tadpoles Grow).
    2.  Complete one tic-tac-toe on the Game Board

     

    March 31st:  Day 9

    Overview:  Reading to Practice

    Estimated Time:  10-15 minutes

    Explanation of Activity:  Reread yesterday's story from folder (Lily and Missing Keys, Hippo and Frog, How Tadpoles Grow)

    Quick Things to Know:  Use the comprehensions sheets (found in folder) to complete the task. 

    Tasks:

    1.  Reread your last article ( Lily and Missing Keys, Hippo and Frog, How Tadpoles Grow)
    2.  Complete the comprehension pages after rereading the article. 

     

    April 1st:    Day 10

    Overview:  Reading to Practice

    Estimated Time:  10-15 minutes

    Explanation of Activity:  Read Nature Treasure Hunt from your blue folder.

    Quick Things to Know:  Find a quiet place to read the poem two times.   

    Tasks:

    1. Read Nature Treasure Hunt from your blue folder two times.  
    2.  Complete the comprehension pages. 

     

    April 2nd:    Day 11

    Overview:  Reading to Practice

    Estimated Time:  10-15 minutes

    Explanation of Activity:  Read two poems, The Red Ball and Stanley the Scaredy-Skark from your blue folder.

    Quick Things to Know:  Find a quiet place to read the two poems.   

    Tasks:

    1. Read the two poems (The Red Ball and Stanley the Scaredy-Shark)
    2. Draw a picture for each poem.
    3. Decide which poem is your favorite of the two.  Write a sentence or two about what the poem is mainly about. 

     

    April 3rd:  Friday FUNDAY!
