• Optional Distance Learning Activities

    1. Write a letter to a friend.  If they live nearby, ask your parents if you can deliver it to their mailbox.  If not, ask to mail it.  My girls have been receiving letters and it is the highlight of their day! Believe it or not, this is how we used to communicate!

    2. Illustrate a scene from a book you are reading.  Think about the setting and what is happening.  Get as detailed as you want!

    3. Create math problems for a sibling to practice their current math skills.

    4. Use your math lesson today to create a real world problem that would use that skill.

    5. Build something.  Break out your old Legos, construction paper, anything you want.  Design your plan and build.  Send me a picture!

    6. Reflect on life today.  What are you learning?  What are you truly missing?
