• Hello Students and Families,

Each grade level has there own individual lessons for each week we are out of school but I wanted to offer an option for those who want to dig deep and commit!

In an effort to create a more physically challenging and progressive physical education experience while out of school, I have put together a workout program that can extend as far as 5 weeks. I encourage you to enter this challenge with friends and/or family members as there is strength in numbers. Exercising with friends/family is fun and allows you to help keep each other motivated each week!

This program combines workout videos found on my teacher site (Friday 5min Flex and TITUS 10 workouts) in an effort to build strength and endurance throughout your entire body.

Accountability and Evaluation - Only you can motivate you to complete this program. The more dedicated you are, the harder you push, the better the results. Please complete the following items throughout your experience should you choose to take the challenge!

BEFORE YOU BEGIN - (pictures and directions for each exercise are in the next section below)

    1. Record the amount of push-ups you can do in 1 minute
    2. Record the amount of sit-ups you can do in 1 minute - Have someone hold or stand on your feet
    3. Record the number of squats you can do in 1 minute

    DAY 1

    1. Record the first minute into the workout you have to stop during the "Rock Out Fit Test". Your objective will be to try to go farther in this workout each week you do it.

You can record your numbers on the workout calendar or use a plain piece of paper.
