    1- Six Spheres in ColorUse colored pencil/pastel/any color medium and execute 6 spheres in your sketchbook

    2- Color Fruit Drawing (minimum of 3 items)Draw a cohesive fruit still life (looking at fruit) and utilize the blending and underpainting/drawing technique Mrs. Levin showed you.  (If you DO NOT have fruit, please don’t use a photograph- just put together three round, colorful objects.)

    Wednesday and Thursday will be dedicated to trying out a TEAMS Video Chat!

    Mrs. Levin would like all students to join the video chat during their designated day/time.  In this video chat, Mrs. Levin will be doing the following:

         1- Checking in with you- how are you all doing- really? 

         2- Laying out what our class will look like--- what we will be doing, when we will have video calls, where assignments are, where you can turn assignments in, etc.

         -Overview: Students will work on their NOSE AND EAR STUDIES for their Anatomical Unit! 

         -Estimated Time: 45 minutes

         -Explanation: Students will use the references and handouts in their Anatomy folder and use their pencil sets to create a value drawing utilizing a variety of values to draw a muscle portrait, a study of noses and ears.  YOU MAY USE YOUR REGULAR PENCILS OR TRY THE WHITE CHARCOAL ON BLACK PAPER.  You may use the black paper for ANY of the sketches!

         -Three Quick Things to Know:

              1- Use the references/handouts for step by step directions on how to construct facial features. 

              2- If you feel like challenging yourself, try drawing facial features from a MIRROR and even from LIFE!!!

              3- Don’t forget to utilize a variety of pencils- from the H to the B to the Ebony pencils OR white pencil on black!!!  Use your kneaded eraser to display highlights.

         -Tasks: Create a cohesive and finished drawing of noses and ears in your sketchbook.
