    Daily Expectations for Students

    • Attend our classroom check-in by meeting me via invite to join me in teams then followed by going to my canvas module dated April 6th.
    • Check canvas for our Health assignment and all workouts.
    • Complete and submit assignments by the due date.
    • Check canvas for Comments on assignments.
    • Abide by CB Online Meeting Guidelines, found here.

    Classroom Tools

    Our classroom will be using Canvas as the primary mode of assigning and collecting work. On Canvas you will find directions about the distance learning assignments, resources for workouts, videos, logs, and mindfulness resources.

    Lesson: Fitness Challenge in The Assignments Tab

     

    Overview: Each student will attempt the fitness challenge to the best of their ability.  If you already completed challenge last week, you are trying to do as well or better the second time around! If you did not do the challenge last week, you must do it both days this week.

     

    Tasks: 

    Students must focus on the four components of fitness while designing and completing their fitness activity/exercise.

    Today, try something related to muscular strength. Muscular strength is defined as the maximum amount of force that a muscle can exert against some form of resistance in a single effort.
